One-week priority period for APA 2023 exhibitors

APA 2023 exhibitors receive a one-week priority period in which to submit their exhibit space applications via the APA 2024 exhibitor portal. Applications received from APA 2023 exhibitors after 5:00 p.m. ET on January 17, 2024, will not receive priority assignment.

February 22, 2024 to July 19, 2024

APA 2024 exhibit space applications may be submitted by all prospective exhibitors. The application portal will close at 5:00 p.m. ET on July 19, 2024.

April 12

Last day to receive 100% refund for cancelled exhibit space.

April 17

Priority housing begins for confirmed exhibitors.

May 2

Due from exhibitors who secure island or peninsula booth space: Two copies of a proposed booth layout/rendering that is detailed to include all dimensions of proposed display(s). Submit to Carol Hall, Senior Manager, Event Sales, chall@apa.org.
Proposed booth layout due from exhibitors that wish to use any non-standard booth equipment, signs, decorations, or display arrangements that in any way conflict with APA 2024 booth display regulations. Submit to Carol Hall, Senior Manager, Event Sales, chall@apa.org.
Last day to receive a 50% refund on cancelled exhibit space. Refund requests submitted after June 14 are not eligible for a refund of any amount.

July 8

The first day that the warehouse will accept advance shipments from exhibitors. Advance shipments to the warehouse should be sent to the following address:

DEADLINE

Last day to submit an APA 2024 exhibit space application. The application portal closes at 5:00pm ET.

After July 19

Requests for APA 2024 exhibit space received from previous year exhibitors or prospective first-time exhibitors will be considered on a case-by-case basis, pending space availability and/or the degree of review necessary for application acceptance.

August 2

The last day that the warehouse will accept advance shipments from exhibitors. Advance shipments to the warehouse must be shipped to arrive by August 2 and should be sent the following address:

*NOTE: 8:00 a.m. set-up for all booths must be complete and booths/aisles must be clear of shipping/packing materials. Exhibitors may not continue to set up their booth after 8:00 a.m. so that final preparations for the APA Solutions Center 10:00 a.m. official opening can be completed. Exhibitors are expected to plan accordingly.

Exhibitor Move-Out

**NOTE: At 5:00 p.m. PT on Saturday, August 10, 2024, an announcement will be made by APA to confirm the official closing of the APA 2024 Solutions Center. Until that announcement by APA has been made, and for liability reasons, APA exhibitors are strictly prohibited from vacating their exhibit space or dismantling any portion of their exhibit booth, including the packing of materials, removal of items form the exhibit booth, and so forth. Violations of this policy may negatively impact the exhibitors’ participation in the APA 2025 Solutions Center.

APA understands that unexpected circumstances may arise. In such instances, exhibitors that are unable to comply with this rule are expected to immediately contact Carol Hall, chall@apa.org or Jodi Ashcraft, jashcraft@apa.org so that other booth dismantling arrangements may be made, and at a time when the Solutions Center is not open to attendees.

August 11

Exhibitors are encouraged to complete their move-out on Saturday, but four additional hours on Sunday morning are provided for those who may not be able to do so.
