CE Sessions: All Access
NEW FOR 2024:
Eligibility for unlimited CE credit for All Access CE Sessions is now included in the APA 2024 convention registration fee!
During APA 2024 the APA Office of Continuing Education in Psychology sponsors CE credit for select APA division and governance group sessions. CE Sessions are one-credit programs on a wide range of topics.
This year you can choose from more than 200 in-person sessions taking place live at the Seattle Convention Center, Arch Building. You must register for and attend APA 2024 in-person to participate in these CE Sessions.

Select CE Sessions recorded at the Main and Feature Stages in Seattle will be made available as on-demand videos for three months starting at the end of August. Credits for on-demand CE Sessions are also included in your convention registration fee.
CE Sessions are targeted to professional psychologists obtaining CE credit for their respective licensing board. CE credits do not apply as school credits.

Finding CE Sessions in the APA 2024 App
You can browse the 200+ CE Sessions available in the APA 2024 mobile app.
- Open the APA 2024 mobile app.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap the CE Sessions icon.
- You will see a full list of sessions that offer CE credit. Tap on a specific session to see the number of credits offered and learning objectives.

How to Attend CE Sessions and Claim Credit
You can claim CE Credit online or the APA 2024 mobile app. You will not receive a hardcopy evaluation of CE Certificate. Please claim credit by following the steps below.
Attend CE Sessions
- Scan the QR code on your badge when you enter the CE Session room.
- Attend the entire session. Partial credit is not awarded.
- Scan the QR code on your badge when you exit the session room. You must attend the entire session to receive CE credit.
If you attend back-to-back CE sessions in the same room, be sure to exit and enter to re-scan your badge.
Claim CE Credit
- Login to either the APA 2024 mobile app or the Claim CE Credit website.
- Before your first evaluation, select whether you want an APA CE Certificate or APA New York CE Certificate.
- Complete the CE Evaluation for each session that you fully attended.
- Download or email yourself your certificate. Your CE Certificate is cumulative, so you can wait until you have finished earning credits to save it.

Earning CE Credit for On-Demand CE Sessions
Miss a Main Stage or Feature Stage CE Session that you wanted to see? You can still earn CE credit with our on-demand option! With your All Access registration for APA 2024, you can earn on-demand CE credit for recorded CE Sessions from the Main Stage and Feature Stage that you missed in Seattle. To earn credit for on-demand sessions, participants must watch the entire on-demand video, pass a CE Quiz (75% or better with two attempts), and complete the CE Evaluation. Recordings will be available to registrants starting at the end of August.
Continuing Education Approval Statement
All Continuing Education (CE) Workshops are sponsored by the APA Continuing Education Committee (CEC). They have been reviewed and approved by the APA CEC to offer CE credits for psychologists. The APA CEC maintains responsibility for the content of the programs.
The American Psychological Association is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s (NYSED) State Board for Psychology as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed psychologists #PSY-0100.
