Location
APA 2026 will be held at the
Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
Located in the heart of the nation’s capital, the convention center is easy to access with whatever form of transportation you choose.
Getting There
Metrorail and Bus
The convention center is located above the Mt. Vernon Square/Convention Center station, served by WMATA’s Green and Yellow Metro lines.
All Metro stations are ADA-compliant with elevators, Braille signage, and platform gap reducers, and all Metrobuses feature ramps or lifts and priority seating.

Walk or Roll
The Convention Center is within walking and rolling distance of the APA 2026 official hotels.
Downtown DC is highly walkable and ADA-friendly, with sidewalk curb cuts, pedestrian crosswalk signals with sound cues, and well-maintained sidewalks.
