 Dr. Donna Schultheiss, founder of Schultheiss Consulting, is a licensed psychologist with expertise in vocational and career psychology, and over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, mentoring, and consultation focused on career and leadership growth and development. She has presented nationally and internationally on a range of career and leadership related topics, and her work has been published in the areas of career assessment, professional growth, and women’s leadership.

She holds a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology and a master’s degree in school psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York.  She is an active member of the American Psychological Association and has held a leadership position as Chair of the Society for Vocational Psychology, a section of APA Division 17 Society of Counseling Psychology.
