Before, during, and after the APA 2025 event, attendees will review the
Solutions Center floor plan and
exhibitors list— both of which will appear online and in the APA 2025 mobile app. Secure a banner ad on the interactive floor plan and encourage attendees to visit your booth! The banner ad can be linked to an external URL or to your exhibitor listing.

The July/August issue of the Monitor on Psychology, APA’s award-winning flagship magazine, will highlight APA 2025 programming and events. This special Convention issue will be distributed to all in-person attendees at APA 2025 in Denver—approximately 8,000 people!

Encourage attendees to visit your booth by hosting an exhibitor raffle. There is no participation fee, but exhibitors are responsible for providing the raffle item(s) and for coordinating/ensuring prize delivery to the winner(s).

Exhibitor Raffle Process:
An opportunity in the Solutions Center to present a paid program session relevant to current trends, research, and challenges within the field of psychology. Each exhibitor participant will receive a total of one (1) 45–50-minute session slot on August 7, August 8, and August 9 (session date and time to be determined by APA). Session topic must be educational in nature and not sales- or product-focused. At the end of their program session, exhibitor presenters may invite attendees to continue the conversation at their booth. Learn more.
An opportunity for a maximum of five (5) confirmed APA 2025 exhibitors to participate in The Exchange to facilitate peer-to-peer topical group discussions about current challenges that are facing the field of psychology. Learn more.
