APA 2025 Mobile App Banner Ad

APA 2025 Interactive Floor Plan Banner Ad (3 available)

This opportunity is limited and available only to confirmed APA 2024 exhibitors.


Before, during, and after the APA 2025 event, attendees will review the
Solutions Center floor plan and exhibitors list— both of which will appear online and in the APA 2025 mobile app. Secure a banner ad on the interactive floor plan and encourage attendees to visit your booth! The banner ad can be linked to an external URL or to your exhibitor listing.

Monitor on Psychology Convention Issue

The July/August issue of the Monitor on Psychology, APA’s award-winning flagship magazine, will highlight APA 2025 programming and events. This special Convention issue will be distributed to all in-person attendees at APA 2025 in Denver—approximately 8,000 people!

Focused Promotion

APA Exhibitor Raffles

Encourage attendees to visit your booth by hosting an exhibitor raffle. There is no participation fee, but exhibitors are responsible for providing the raffle item(s) and for coordinating/ensuring prize delivery to the winner(s).


Exhibitors may choose from one or more of the five (5) designated raffle days and times as follows:

  • Thursday, August 7
    4:00 p.m.

  • Friday, August 8
    10:00 a.m.; 4:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, August 9
    10:00 a.m.; 4:00 p.m.


Exhibitor Raffle Process:

  • You must submit a completed APA 2025 Exhibitor Raffle Request form by or before May 30, 2025. Send to Carol Hall, Senior Manager, Event Sales, chall@apa.org, and Bri Garrison, Media and Event Sales Coordinator, bgarrison@apa.org.
  • Promote your raffle to attendees — via APA 2025 advertising, your exhibitor listing, and/or from your booth as attendees visit.
  • You must collect names and contact information of attendees who enter your raffle(s) so that you may contact the prize winner(s) to coordinate the prize delivery.
  • Prior to the raffle time(s) that you selected/confirmed on the submitted APA 2025 Exhibitor
    Raffle Request form, an APA staff member will visit your booth to obtain the winning name.
  • Winner names will be added to easel signage in or near the Solutions Center after they have been collected from all participating exhibitors. Signage will include the winner names and the associated exhibitor/booth number from which they should retrieve their prize.
  • It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to contact the winner(s) to coordinate the prize delivery. APA is not involved with or responsible for the delivery of exhibitor raffle prizes.

NEW! Paid Programming (Spotlight Stage, Solutions Center)

An opportunity in the Solutions Center to present a paid program session relevant to current trends, research, and challenges within the field of psychology. Each exhibitor participant will receive a total of one (1) 45–50-minute session slot on August 7, August 8, and August 9 (session date and time to be determined by APA). Session topic must be educational in nature and not sales- or product-focused. At the end of their program session, exhibitor presenters may invite attendees to continue the conversation at their booth. Learn more.


Thought Leadership Opportunity: The Exchange (Solutions Center)

An opportunity for a maximum of five (5) confirmed APA 2025 exhibitors to participate in The Exchange to facilitate peer-to-peer topical group discussions about current challenges that are facing the field of psychology. Learn more.
