Elise Oehring, PhD

Dr. Elise Oehring is a Licensed Psychologist and private practice owner based in Nashville, Tennessee. She specializes in trauma-informed care and evidence-based psychotherapy for adults. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Oehring serves as Executive Director of the Tennessee Psychological Association, where she leads statewide initiatives in professional development, strategic planning, and legislative advocacy. She is a frequent presenter on topics including ethics in the practice of telepsychology, leadership development, and professional identity. Dr. Oehring holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.
