Founder/Chief Consultant for her firm Designing Communication (www.DesigningComm.com), she has extensive experience in internal and external  communication and engagement for Fortune 500 companies, associations, nonprofits and consulting firms. She provides corporate management, marketing, integrated communication, leadership development, organization development and career advice for individuals and teams. 

Jaya holds a B.S. in Journalism; an MA in Public Relations from the University of  Maryland; an MS in Management/Organization Behavior from Benedictine University; PRSA’s APR accreditation; the International Coach Federation’s ACC credential; and is working toward her certification through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
