Cancellation Policy
We look forward to gathering with you in Denver, CO, August 7–9, 2025. However, we understand that situations can change; therefore, APA will offer a 90% refund on your All Access registration if cancellation is received by July 1, 2025. A refund will not be provided if your cancellation notice is received after July 1, 2025. This policy will only apply to your APA 2025 in-person registration and does not apply to any other reservations made related to the convention, such as virtual registration fees, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Non-psychologist Family Member Badges
Fee-paying registrants may purchase up to two $50 non-refundable Non-psychologist Family Member badges. Psychologists and presenters are not eligible for this badge option. These badges may only be purchased for nonmember/non-psychologist family members. Family member badge holders are ineligible for earning CE credits.
The family member badge holder(s) must be accompanied by the fee-paying registrant at all times. Individual entry into APA 2025 sessions or the Solutions Center is not permitted. The badges will be clearly marked as NON-PSYCHOLOGIST FAMILY MEMBER.

What other costs should I plan for?
Airfare
Denver is served by the Denver International Airport. Check out Google Flights to estimate flight costs.
Parking
Parking at the Convention Center is limited. However, many of the APA 2025 hotels offer overnight parking for a fee. Check with each hotel to confirm availability and pricing.
Hotel
Hotel room blocks open on April 23. Convention hotels range in price from $239-$283 per night for single/double occupancy, plus a 15.75% room tax, subject to change.
