Technical competence in research and analysis are important, but often insufficient – and alone, can product misleading results. Introducing one’s life experience, culture, and values in everyday science unleashes a powerful resource. It brings more powerful, meaningful, and relevant insights to research questions and delivers more socially relevant and useful results. Our unique insights and strengths are a rich reservoir we all possess; leveraging them as a resource brings great benefits at work and in life.
