APA 2024: What to Know Before You Go
We can’t wait to see you August 8-10 in Seattle for APA 2024! Here are some important reminders and helpful tips that will help make your convention experience a great one.
1. Convention App: Your Key to APA 2024
Download the APA 2024 app and get familiar with it before you arrive. It’s your go-to tool for planning your schedule, tracking CE credits, and connecting with fellow attendees. Check out our guide to learn how to use the app.
2. You + Your Badge = Perfect Match
Your badge is your key to exploring all that APA 2024 has to offer. Stop by the Registration Area as soon as you arrive at the Convention Center to pick up your badge. We strongly recommend picking up your badge on Wednesday, if possible, to avoid long wait times.

Wednesday, August 7: 3-8 p.m. PDT
Thursday, August 8: 7 a.m.–6 p.m. PDT
Friday, August 9: 7 a.m.–5 p.m. PDT
Saturday, August 10: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. PDT

Just stop by the Registration Area to receive a new one.
4. Find Your Accommodations.
If you requested an accommodation when you registered, or need to make a request on-site, head to the Accommodations and Disability Resources Room, located in Room 4C-2 in the Wellness Center.

5. Make CE Easy.
Earning CE credits is simple!
You're now automatically eligible to earn unlimited one-hour CE credits at APA 2024! Just use your badge to scan into and out of eligible sessions and complete evaluations on the app or web platform. Find all the details here.
Have questions about CE?
Stop by the CE Desk, located in the Atrium at the Seattle Convention Center, Arch Building. At the CE desk, APA staff can help you understand how to earn CE at APA 2024 and answer any other questions you may have about CE.
6. Visit the Solutions Center.
The
Solutions Center is the hub of APA 2024. Here, you can explore the latest innovations in the field, discover solutions to your everyday work challenges, snag a free professional headshot at the APA Membership Pavilion, and more. Stop by at 5 p.m. PDT on Thursday, August 8 to enjoy a complimentary beverage and appetizer and browse the exhibits at our opening reception. See the full schedule

7. Make time for fun.
Connect with others at Division-sponsored social hours, join special events like Ray’s Race, or dance the night away at the L8 Night Party, featuring a special performance from DJ Adrian Quesada of Black Pumas!
